Ideas such as plant-based nutrition, juicing, raw foods, supplementation, yoga, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, hydrogen peroxide therapy and sleep cycles will be discussed. I will also be sharing my experiences working and training with many famous professional athletes and how the best professional athletes are all doing very similar types of training and nutrition unbeknownst to the general public.
